Used motorcycle kit donations

Back in July 2024, I put out a request for donations of used motorcycling kit. This kit was to be used for the training of new paramedics, by a friend of ours, teaching on a Paramedic Science course at Birmingham Newman University. The course started in Sept 2024.

Many of you generously responded to my request, with equipment in varying conditions. We sold off the better items, making £54.00.

This sum has been donated to the "Day One Trauma Support: Christmas Appeal 2025", having been prompted by Nev Pugh's recent notice.

Our friend recently sent me some photos of her new students getting into the "helmet removal" module of their paramedic training.

They don't do much practical work until they are in the second year of their course, which is why it's taken a while to see any feedback.

Thank you again to those who donated their used bike gear. It's being put to good use.
